What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Maintain and update the Learning Management System and related databases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-year college degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
- 1-2 years of experience in life insurance or related sales support
- Must obtain an active life insurance license within 3 months of hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of life and annuity sales is preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrated independence and creativity in project initiatives
