What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth client assessments to evaluate health history, symptoms, and concerns
- Screen potential clients to determine their eligibility and commitment to the Pompa Program
- Customize health plans based on individual client assessments and program offerings
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain performance standards, including a minimum of 20 scheduled consultations per week with a 17% or higher close rate
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in sales, preferably in a high-ticket or consultative model
- Strong consultative closing ability with confidence in navigating objections
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Zoom
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and access to a smartphone and computer with video capabilities
- Genuine interest in wellness, functional health, or alternative therapies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in remote or virtual sales environments
- Formal knowledge of natural health, cellular healing, or physiology
