What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for assigned Territory Managers and Customers, providing administrative support and resolving inquiries
- Process customer orders through internal systems and maintain order accuracy
- Promote customer engagement and highlight ongoing promotions to drive sales
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to support customer needs and drive sales performance
- Leverage proprietary systems to answer inquiries and provide insights quickly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of previous customer service experience required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with solid problem resolution ability
- Ability to influence and persuade customers effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in food service distribution is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com, is a plus
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
