What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the first point of contact for assigned Territory Managers and Customers, providing administrative support and resolving inquiries
- Process customer orders through internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Engage customers in regular conversations to promote products and address their needs
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to enhance sales performance through proactive communication
- Utilize proprietary systems and tools for efficient order processing and customer support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of previous customer service experience required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with solid problem resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and drive them to successful resolution
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in food service distribution preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com, is a plus
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required
