  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the first point of contact for Territory Managers and Customers, providing administrative support and resolving inquiries
  - Process customer orders through internal systems and ensure order accuracy
  - Promote customer engagement with US Foods.com and highlight ongoing promotions
  - Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive sales performance and maintain customer relationships
  - Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues to appropriate resources as necessary
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  - Minimum of three (3) years of previous customer service experience required
  - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  - Solid customer service orientation with the ability to influence customers
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous food service distribution experience preferred
  - Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
  - Working knowledge of CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com
