      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the account executive and account management teams
      - Deliver baseline quotes for prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround
      - Track sales leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
      - Coordinate scheduling for sales meetings, client appointments, and enrollment events
      - Support resolution of enrollment or eligibility issues by coordinating with operations and customer service teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent post-high school education and/or work-related experience
      - State of Wisconsin Accident & Health producer license or obtained within 60 days of employment
      - 1 or more years of experience in sales support, quoting, or customer service
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of health plan products, benefits, and regulatory requirements
      - Experience with CRM and quoting systems
      - Experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry
