Contact prospective residents by phone using the lead database to schedule appointments

Set both initial and follow-up appointments, helping to maintain an active calendar of qualified prospects

Deliver engaging, persuasive presentations that highlight the benefits of community life

Respond promptly to all inquiries, providing information, tours, and follow-up in a timely and effective manner

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals

Follow established procedures for inquiry response, lead tracking, residence assignment, and admissions

Assist the Director of Sales in securing move-ins and completing the sales process

Support group marketing presentations and community events as needed

Stay informed about local competitors and market trends

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A compassionate and customer-focused mindset

Self-motivation, strong organization, and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for tours and events

Bachelor’s degree preferred (marketing, business, communications, or related field)
