What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and operationalize advanced analytics models to drive strategic segmentation and go-to-market prioritization
- Analyze product adoption metrics to identify patterns and leading indicators of success
- Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Marketing teams on data-backed targeting and messaging strategies
- Utilize SQL, Python, Databricks, and visualization tools to generate insights and communicate findings effectively
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape initiatives, define KPIs, and monitor execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-7 years of experience in data science or go-to-market analytics roles in SaaS or high-growth tech
- Proficiency in Databricks, SQL, Python, and strong visualization skills in Tableau or Looker
- Experience in building and interpreting analytical models such as propensity, clustering, and churn risk
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales technology tools
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills for translating data into actionable recommendations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI product adoption, sales transformation, or customer expansion strategies
- Familiarity with go-to-market motions in product-led growth (PLG) driven SaaS businesses
- Background in sales performance and analytics
