What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide initial technical guidance on research-use product portfolios
- Conduct technical consultations with potential clients to understand their research goals and tailor solutions
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, offering support throughout the CRISPR workflow
- Lead quality tracking for research-use products and coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRISPR and genome engineering literature and advancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Life Science field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of laboratory experience in a relevant field, with hands-on experience in CRISPR or genome editing technologies
- Strong understanding of molecular biology principles and cell biology workflows
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly
- Proven ability to troubleshoot scientific experiments and provide effective solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a Life Science field
- Experience in a customer-facing technical support or sales role
- Familiarity with the cell and gene therapy industry
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong desire to help scientists succeed
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and scientific advancements
