- Drive business development in the monogastric sector, especially within the poultry segment (layers and broilers).
- Lead sales negotiations related to premixes, feed additives, enzymes, and biosecurity solutions.
- Promote the company’s portfolio of services and tailor value-added solutions for clients.
- Maintain and grow a strong customer base through consistent follow-up, relationship-building, and strategic prospecting.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs in nutrition, animal health, and farm management.
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience in the monogastric animal nutrition market in Spain, with a strong focus on poultry.
- Solid knowledge in animal nutrition, pathology, and production management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Previous roles in premix, feed additives, pharmaceutical, genetic, or production companies.
- Experience with slaughterhouses or processing companies, particularly where strategic market relationships were developed.
- Flexibility to travel extensively within Spain (up to 65% of the time).
- Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, teamwork, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
- Based in or willing to relocate to one of the preferred regions.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Development Manager to lead commercial growth in the monogastric sector in Spain, with a strong focus on poultry (75%) and swine (25%). Operating across key regions—including the Mediterranean Arch, Andalucía, Aragón, and Castilla La Mancha—you’ll engage with existing clients and identify new business opportunities in animal nutrition, additives, enzymes, and biosecurity.
