What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify and quantify customer needs using CRM software and persuasive selling techniques
- Validate and collect primary decision maker's contact information for future sales and marketing efforts
- Utilize marketing and sales tools to identify and acquire new customers
- Support branch operations and ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with all departments
- Negotiate prices for equipment rentals and sales in accordance with company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in a sales-related role
- Proven planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer-facing sales position
- Familiarity with CRM software, specifically SalesForce.com
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to relocate as needed
