What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and research ideal nonprofit prospects using tools like LinkedIn and HubSpot.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels to connect with potential clients.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot).
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or outreach role (experience in SaaS or nonprofit tech is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and a high-volume workload.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience using a CRM.
- Passion for social impact and supporting nonprofit organizations.
