      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and qualify leads by building prospect lists and initiating contact with potential nonprofit partners
      - Respond quickly to marketing-generated leads, ensuring a high-speed response to maximize conversion
      - Educate prospects about the employer's mission and identify new partnership opportunities
      - Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospect information in the CRM system
      - Collaborate with account executives to optimize the sales process and meet assigned lead generation targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to work independently and consistently achieve or exceed goals
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade prospects
      - Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Some experience with or a strong willingness to learn sales databases and tools (such as Outreach, Salesforce, and Clay)
      - Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory
