What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts
- Initiate conversations with prospects through various communication channels
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the ERP or Accounts Payable space
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
- Experience in exceeding KPIs and sales targets
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with new people
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes and software
- Experience in a startup environment and adaptability to rapid changes
- Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude towards growth and learning
