      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Qualify leads and conduct research to identify new sales opportunities
      - Perform cold and warm outreach through calls and emails to generate interest
      - Maintain and update data in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and proper segmentation
      - Create and manage sales automations and task workflows in HubSpot
      - Research and identify networking events for the Business Development team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or sales development
      - Strong experience using HubSpot
      - Proficiency in CRM management, segmentation, and sales automations
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities independently

      - Experience in lead generation and sales outreach
      - Familiarity with sales performance reporting and analytics
      - Demonstrated ability to support diverse sales-related activities
