      Our client, a global leader in cruise and tourism experiences, known for providing unparalleled shore excursions, tours, and activities worldwide, tailored for cruise and hotel travelers, is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Development Representative. This individual will oversee and grow our internal network of travel agent partners, with a strong focus on deepening engagement and increasing sales through trusted, strategic relationships.

      This role needs to be able to work 9 AM-5 PM EST on weekdays to collaborate with the team. This is a remote position with a focus on the East Coast . The ideal states this individual would be in are MD, WI, FL, RI, or TX, but we will consider other states for the right individual.

      Requirements

      What You Will Do / Key Responsibilities:
      • Outbound Calling & Virtual Meetings: Reach out to existing travel agents in our database via regular calls and virtual meetings to establish long-term relationships and drive sales.
      • Prospecting: Utilize HubSpot, cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, sales automation tools, and email to proactively source and reach out to new travel agents to sign them up as partners, generate new group business leads, and establish relationships with them to expand our network.
      • Qualifying Leads: Evaluate prospects to determine whether they fit our products and services well. Recommend appropriate products and services to qualified leads.
      • Account Management: Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with existing agent accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and supporting their growth.
      • HubSpot CRM Administration & Management: Collect information about prospects and customers in HubSpot and analyse sales data. Complete administrative tasks related to the management of both new and existing agent accounts, including setting up new agents in the system and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
      • Revenue Generation: Achieve B2B sales targets by building strong agent relationships and generating consistent business growth.
      • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams to share feedback, report on progress, and implement strategies for success
      • Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
        • Demonstrated ability in prospecting, and lead generation to achieve company targets and build and expand relationships.
        • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
        • Excellent time management and strategic planning abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
        • Results-driven team player with a focus on achieving targets and contributing to overall business growth.
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HubSpot Sales Enterprise for tracking and reporting
        • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
      • What would make you an outstanding candidate:
        • 1+ years of experience in the travel/tourism/cruise industry
        • 1+ years of experience in corporate travel
        • 1+ years of experience working with travel agents to provide ongoing support
