      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct high-volume outbound calls to new prospects and previously contacted leads to identify sales opportunities
      - Qualify leads and schedule appointments or product demonstrations in coordination with senior sales staff
      - Re-engage inactive accounts with personalized outreach and identify current needs or service gaps
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including call outcomes, follow-up actions, and lead status
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and senior sales personnel to support business development goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
      - 1-2 years of relevant experience in outbound calling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer service
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects remotely
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
      - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Healthcare or call center industry experience is preferred but not required
