      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize outbound calling, emailing, and marketing campaigns to set up meetings with prospective customers
      - Accurately qualify new customer accounts based on established criteria
      - Conduct research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical information
      - Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities to identify opportunities
      - Log sales activities and key contacts accurately in Salesforce

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pipeline generation role as an SDR in the technology sales or SaaS industry
      - Proven track record in an early-stage company or ambiguous environment
      - Familiarity with B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator)
      - Strong goal orientation with a sense of ownership and curiosity
      - Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

      - Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques specific to the HR or technology sectors
