What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize outbound calling, emailing, and marketing campaigns to schedule meetings with prospective customers
- Qualify new prospective customer accounts based on established criteria
- Conduct research on targeted accounts to identify key contacts and necessary information
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities to identify opportunities
- Record and maintain accurate sales activity information in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pipeline generation role as an SDR in the technology sales industry or SaaS
- Proven track record in an early-stage company or ambiguous environments
- Familiarity with B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator)
- Goal-oriented with strong ownership and curiosity
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
