      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with a sales focus
      - Generate and qualify sales leads to meet customer needs
      - Daily management of sales opportunities using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
      - Achieve sales lead generation goals and contribute to outbound prospecting
      - Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships to enhance customer engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) year degree and/or minimum of 2-4 years of sales or customer service experience
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Strong relationship-building skills across different functions
      - Experience in the medical segment is preferred

      - Previous experience in a sales development or customer service role in the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline development
      - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and generating leads
