What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow the sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and communicate solutions
- Identify high-potential areas of growth and develop outbound strategies
- Maintain accurate client relationship data within the CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ months of experience in Sales Development
- Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models
- Experience with generating outbound leads
- CRM experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the personal injury law sector
