      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate ideal prospect lists for the sales team to target

      - Engage in multi-modal outreach to key accounts
      - Assist in maintaining data quality and enrichment
      - Learn and apply CRM best practices and workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong desire to pursue a role in SaaS sales
      - Ability to make 40+ calls daily
      - Attention to detail and resilience in the face of rejection
      - Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
      - Capability to manage time and priorities effectively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Passion for the boutique fitness industry
      - Strategic mindset for driving pipeline creation in specific territories
      - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
      - Comfortable with public speaking and creating engaging email content
      - Competitive nature and ambition to transition into an Account Executive role
