      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels, achieving 75+ touchpoints per day
      - Research and identify leads that align with ideal customer profiles
      - Create and deliver personalized outreach to generate interest in advertising solutions
      - Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams for seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
      - Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools while managing lead follow-up

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) or outbound sales roles
      - Strong professional demeanor and outstanding phone etiquette
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
      - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, metrics-driven, and tech-savvy selling environment
      - A competitive spirit with a focus on achieving outreach and meeting booking goals
