What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and generate new qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Utilize Lead Generation tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to create targeted lists of prospects
- Execute engagement strategies through email, phone, and social touches in line with prospecting plans
- Manage conversations with executives and decision-makers to schedule sales meetings
- Assist Account Executives by moving qualified leads through the sales cycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to excel in high-stress, operationally complex, and fast-paced environments
- Strong conversational communication skills, with high curiosity, empathy, and listening skills
- Resilience in the face of rejection
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-directed learner who is enthusiastic and a team player
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related area
- Prior Sales Development (SDR) experience or a customer-oriented background (support, customer service)
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
