What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads
- Research target accounts to craft personalized messaging
- Qualify inbound leads to determine fit and readiness
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and text
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of SDR or business development experience (startup or fintech experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a natural curiosity to learn about business operations
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and high-velocity sales environments
- Organized, persistent, and data-driven
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
