What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage incoming leads from predetermined sources and qualify them using discovery techniques
- Research companies, identify key stakeholders, and personalize outreach efforts
- Successfully book and confirm meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system
- Actively participate in sales team meetings, sharing insights and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (BDR, SDR, LDR)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in a goal-driven or metric-focused environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Previous experience in B2B Tech
- Eagerness to learn about the industry, product, and sales techniques
