      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Dedicate 90% of time to prospecting prospective clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messaging
      - Drive engagement with new customers unfamiliar with the employer and set discovery meetings for the field sales team
      - Create quality leads that drive opportunity value creation in the target market
      - Collaborate with the inside sales team to grow the customer base
      - Report to the inside sales manager on engagement and lead generation efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or telemarketing
      - Strong communication skills for effective client engagement
      - Ability to work independently in a remote environment
      - Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Spanish and/or French
      - Demonstrated success in meeting KPI phone metrics (cold calling, quotas, lead generation, etc.)
      - Bachelor's degree in a biological field
      - Previous experience in a sales development or inside sales role
      - Familiarity with life sciences products and services
