      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and identify key contacts at K–12 districts and schools
      - Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels with personalized communication
      - Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
      - Maintain accurate records in CRM and track activity metrics
      - Analyze outreach performance and share insights to improve messaging and targeting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - 1-2+ years of experience in a client-facing position with a passion for sales engagement
      - Experience using CRM and other technical platforms; Salesforce.com highly preferred
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills—confident, clear, and empathetic
      - Understanding of educational needs and technology trends in the K–12 education space

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of sales or lead development experience
      - Proficient use of Google Suite or MS Office Suite
      - Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage high activity levels in a CRM environment
      - Curiosity and persistence in building relationships and uncovering needs
      - Team player who thrives on collaboration with marketing and sales
