      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and nurture new relationships with prospects to generate leads
      - Maintain a clear and organized pipeline of weekly leads in the CRM
      - Coordinate with the SDR manager to attract clients and resolve process blockers
      - Follow up extensively with leads over prolonged periods to ensure engagement
      - Qualify prospects and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in one of the states where the employer operates: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT
      - Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
      - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present effectively
      - Proficiency with social media platforms, especially Facebook
      - Strong organizational skills and self-sufficiency in managing time and pipeline
