What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and nurture new relationships with prospects to drive sales
- Maintain a clear and organized pipeline of weekly leads in the CRM
- Collaborate with the SDR manager to develop new client attraction strategies
- Conduct extensive follow-ups with leads over extended periods
- Qualify prospects and assess engagement among clients and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in one of the states where the employer is registered to operate: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Strong ability to present and build rapport with prospects
- Self-sufficient with effective time management skills
