      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and nurture new relationships with prospects
      - Maintain a clear and organized pipeline of weekly leads in the CRM
      - Coordinate with the SDR manager on strategies to attract clients and resolve process blockers
      - Follow up extensively with leads over prolonged periods
      - Qualify prospects and assess engagement among prospects and companies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in one of the states where the employer is registered to operate: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT
      - Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
      - Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone
      - Strong ability to present and build rapport with prospects
      - Self-sufficient with time management and well-organized to maintain a visible pipeline

      - Open to learning new sales processes and adapting quickly
      - Routine-driven with a strong desire to excel in sales
      - Highly persistent when faced with objections
