What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to generate leads
- Maintain a clear and organized pipeline of leads in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the SDR manager to explore new client attraction strategies
- Conduct extensive follow-ups with leads over time to ensure continued engagement
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in one of the states where the employer is registered to do business: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency over the phone
- Ability to present effectively and build rapport with prospects
- Strong organizational skills to manage a visible pipeline

- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new sales processes
- Routine-driven and self-sufficient in managing time effectively
