      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop new sales opportunities to drive pipeline volume, value, and velocity
      - Conduct research to build prospect lists and tailor access messaging
      - Utilize prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to reach decision-makers
      - Attend virtual customer meetings and perform needs analysis to transition opportunities to closers
      - Collaborate with marketing on digital and account-based marketing campaigns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years in a hunter, sales development, or business development role
      - Proven success in penetrating new business accounts and working with C-level contacts
      - Experience with CRM databases, LinkedIn Social Selling, and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
      - Associate degree in a related field
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Background in commissionable and/or performance-driven incentivized roles
      - Experience in the logistics industry or with target verticals such as Healthcare, Technology, and Industrial
