- Scheduling: Receiving and scheduling appointments for inbound calls.
- Lead Engagement: Use our company's systems to create successful live transfers and appointments with potential clients.
- Service Promotion: Clearly and professionally communicate the benefits of our services to prospective clients.
- Sales Skills: Learn and apply effective sales techniques and rebuttals to engage potential clients.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a solid understanding of Medicare basics and the insurance products we offer.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace feedback and coaching to continuously improve your performance.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and keep them engaged throughout the conversation.
- Compliance: Ensure all communications and processes adhere to CMS phone and email compliance guidelines.
- Calling Duties: Manage outbound and inbound calling projects, making daily calls from provided lead lists.
- Data Collection: Complete basic intake of prospect and client information as needed.
- Education: Recent college graduates or those with a few years of experience in a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Korean is required.
- Communication: Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to speak persuasively and listen effectively.
- Learning Attitude: Eager to learn new skills, including sales techniques and Medicare product knowledge.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and tools such as Salesforce CRM, dialer systems, and Microsoft Teams.
- Professionalism: Approaches tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism, even in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and committed to achieving team goals and personal development.
- Stationary role, operating a computer and office equipment.
- Light lifting (up to 25 lbs.).
- Office environment with occasional movement within the workspace.
- Competitive hourly base pay with monthly performance-based bonuses. Salary is equivalent to $46,000 to $61,000 annually, depending on performance.

Position Overview: Are you a recent college graduate with a knack for communication and a drive to succeed? Or looking for a career change? Do you speak Korean fluently? We want you to join our team as a Bilingual Sales Development Specialist! In this role, you'll connect with Korean-speaking clients, promote our services, and help set up appointments for our licensed sales team. This is a non-commissioned position, focusing on expanding our outreach and making a real difference in the lives of seniors.
