      About the Role:

      As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Sydney metro area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals with extensive knowledge, creating an environment rich in support and learning.

      The position focuses on chronic wound care and compression therapy, where you’ll build close relationships with Hospital Key Opinion Leaders, working on solution-based, meaningful work that blends sales expertise with clinical insights.

      Acting as the indication expert, you will research market trends, identify potential partners and customers, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and managing new business opportunities. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights, you will develop persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate the value and impact of our products and solutions on customer outcomes.

      Collaboration across cross-functional teams will be essential to executing our strategy and ensuring customer success. Your work will make a direct contribution to our mission of delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our customers.

      This role is suited to someone with sales experience and a clinical background; however, we are also open to candidates with clinical experience who have a genuine desire to take their first step into a sales role.

      What You Will Do:

      • Undertake optimal territory planning to maximize business outcomes.

      • Leverage technology (CRM, Power BI) for data-driven decision-making in prospecting.

      • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

      • Create compelling presentations and proposals for customers.

      • Negotiate contracts and work closely with our Commercial Excellence team.

      • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and metrics tracking.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer opportunities.

      The territory covers the Sydney metropolitan area, with visits to both public and private hospitals, as well as regional travel to Bathurst and Orange once per quarter.

      Who You Are:

      You will have a proven track record and at least 2 years of sales experience within the medical or consumables space and be comfortable navigating relationships across hospital environments.. You will also:

      • Have strong commercial acumen and attention to detail in managing contracts and tenders.

      • Possess a track record of sustainable and profitable sales delivery in the health and medical industry.

      • Excel in negotiation skills and IT proficiency (especially Microsoft Office and CRM systems).

      • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.

      • Demonstrate leadership qualities and a growth mindset that drive your success.

      • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English.

      • Hold a current Driver’s Licence and have access to a car.
