      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Representatives
      - Build a sales team and cultivate future sales leaders within the organization
      - Develop and execute a business plan to exceed sales goals
      - Manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing sales
      - Contribute to the development of the go-to-market strategy as part of the leadership team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience leading strategic sales teams
      - Proven track record of annual overachievement in sales
      - Experience leading a sales team that sells through security channel partners
      - Ability to navigate complex sales cycles
      - Experience with SaaS sales, particularly in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning
      - Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology
      - Experience developing sales pipelines and opening new accounts
      - History of successfully selling large deals to Fortune 1000 enterprises
