      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud platform products in North America and Europe
      - Lead and manage a regional or global sales team, including hiring, training, and daily operations
      - Set annual sales targets and monitor KPIs to ensure revenue and margin goals are met
      - Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine offerings based on market feedback
      - Drive key enterprise deal closures and lead high-value negotiations as executive sponsor for major accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud computing, or infrastructure sales
      - At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
      - Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams in international markets
      - Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders
      - Strategic mindset with strong business acumen

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or equivalent business/management education
      - Familiarity with GPU cloud, AI training/inference workloads, or high-performance computing environments
