      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for coffee platforms on a regional and national level
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional chains, distributors, and key accounts
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new account acquisition and product expansion
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies
      - Analyze market trends and customer insights to develop actionable plans for growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the coffee or related industry
      - Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
      - Deep understanding of the coffee market landscape and industry trends
      - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the Hotel/Lodging or Travel (airports) channels
      - Highly entrepreneurial spirit with experience driving growth in an agile business environment
      - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
