What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate profitable revenue for the employer through sales of professional services
- Identify new business opportunities, build pipelines, and lead the sales process
- Develop strong partner/channel relationships and collaborate on joint sales pursuits
- Support the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and campaigns
- Track sales progress and adhere to sales processes using CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with eCommerce or Marketplace platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, or IBM WebSphere Commerce
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to tailor presentations to meet the audience's needs
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience launching new sales initiatives or practices
- Knowledge of B2B eCommerce trends, including product catalogs and omnichannel commerce
- Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on execution
- Familiarity with related technologies such as PIM, CPQ, and CMS
- Experience in remote sales and consultative selling
