      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead sales campaigns, fostering partnerships with Northrop Grumman, RTX, and other OEMs for Jeppesen and ForeFlight solutions.
      - Drive sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities using Salesforce.
      - Develop campaign-specific strategies and secure management commitment for successful execution.
      - Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to advocate for end-customer requirements.
      - Collaborate with regional Sales Directors and Account Managers to capture global opportunities.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2G sales, preferably in aviation and/or software-related fields.
      - Experience working with Northrop Grumman or RTX on aviation and defense mission systems and/or software solutions.
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aerospace, or a related field; MBA preferred.
      - Proven ability to develop ongoing customer relationships and a passion for selling software and technology products.
      - Experience with Salesforce CRM and strong presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience operating Northrop Grumman or RTX aviation and/or defense mission systems.
      - U.S. Government security clearance (S or TS).
      - Prior experience in the aviation industry, flight planning, or as a military and/or professional pilot.
      - Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
      - Experience selling to U.S. Government and Department of Defense, as well as third-party integrators and international military and government entities.
