      What you will do

      You will be responsible for driving new revenue growth by selling Clearspeed's solutions to US federal government agencies. You will identify opportunities and work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client mission needs. This role is critical in expanding our presence within highly specialized and regulated markets.

      Responsibilities
      • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate US federal, defense, and security sectors.
      • Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, contracting officers, and decision-makers.
      • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, contract documentation, and closing.
      • Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements, security regulations, and company policies.
      • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM documentation.
      • Master our value proposition today and as the competitive landscape evolves.
      • Ensure sales efforts are well coordinated and synchronized with our government sales engagement strategy.
      • Represent the company at networking opportunities, industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
      • Perform additional related duties as required.

      Who you are

      You are a motivated and resilient sales professional skilled at navigating long sales cycles and working with government procurement processes. You are team-oriented, mission-driven, and passionate about supporting US government clients.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
      • At least 8 years of sales/account management experience with US federal government, DOD, or intelligence community clients.
      • A proven track record of success in both developing contracts and influencing buying processes.
      • Understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and federal procurement processes.
      • Strong pipeline management and CRM skills (Salesforce experience a plus).
      • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical solutions for diverse audiences.
      • Active US security clearance preferred; ability to obtain clearance required.

      Salary

      Salary range is based on national benchmark data of comparable roles, skills and experience level. Exact compensation will be based on individual skills and experience, and location which will be assessed during the interview process.
