      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a high-performing team of Account Executives while personally closing strategic deals
      - Architect and evolve the sales process, including pipeline generation and forecasting
      - Navigate complex sales cycles with enterprise and mid-market buyers
      - Coach team members through real-time feedback and ongoing skill development
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape the go-to-market approach

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas in B2B SaaS sales
      - Experience leading or mentoring sales teams
      - Background in complex, consultative sales, preferably within MarTech, CDP, or cloud data sectors
      - Strong communication skills and strategic thinking abilities
      - Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Slack

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to marketing, data, or growth teams at mid-market or enterprise companies
      - Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create sales processes
      - A commitment to developing talent and fostering a culture of accountability
      - Fast learner with a strong ability to pick up product and market context quickly
      - Willingness to travel for client meetings or team collaborations when necessary
