What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Representatives across a designated geography
- Build a successful sales team and future sales leaders for the employer
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage and maintain the sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing
- Collaborate with a proven leadership team to develop the go-to-market strategy, reporting directly to the VP of Sales

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Strategic sales teams
- Proven track record of annual overachievement in sales
- Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners
- Proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles
- Experience with SaaS sales related to cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning
