What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Supplemental Health products in Government & Education sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers and consultants
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Drive distribution strategy to grow product sales and enhance market position
- Accountable for achieving assigned Supplemental Health sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Proven track record of delivering business results
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with large national accounts and/or government procurement processes
- Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in Supplemental Health
- Proven ability to lead in a heavily matrixed environment
