      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a group of approximately 50 domestic and international distributors and OEMs to maintain existing business and identify new growth opportunities
      - Provide direct leadership for a team of global outside sales representatives
      - Collaborate with various departments to assess needs in core vertical markets and develop new products
      - Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and channel partners
      - Achieve sales revenue targets and provide forecasting feedback through the Integrated Business Planning process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
      - 3-5 years of proven sales leadership experience in markets with highly technical products, preferably in the aviation industry
      - Proven track record of successfully increasing territory sales volume
      - Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
      - Experience managing channel conflict in a distribution model

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
      - Results-driven mindset with a bias for action
      - Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and solve problems under pressure
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Leadership approach that emphasizes input gathering and people development
