      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and building relationships with adjusters and supervisors
      - Recommend new products and services based on current results and identified needs
      - Increase referral volume and revenue by engaging with potential accounts and explaining service capabilities
      - Document sales and account activities in the internal CRM platform
      - Participate in industry events such as conferences and seminars to enhance job knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year College degree (BA/BS)
      - Experience in Auto or Workers Compensation Claims
      - Prior Independent Medical Exam (IME) sales experience is a plus
      - Strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
