      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and building relationships with adjusters and supervisors
      - Recommend new products and services based on current results and identified needs
      - Increase referral volume and revenue through rapport-building and effective communication
      - Document sales and account activities in the internal CRM platform
      - Stay updated on industry trends by participating in conferences and seminars

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
      - Experience in Auto or Workers Compensation Claims
      - Familiarity with Independent Medical Exam (IME) sales is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      - Excellent communication skills, both internal and external
