      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and building relationships with clients
      - Recommend new products and services based on client needs and current product performance
      - Increase referral volume and revenue by engaging with potential accounts and addressing objections
      - Document sales activities and results in the internal CRM platform
      - Participate in industry conferences and seminars to enhance job knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year college degree (BA/BS)
      - Experience in Auto or Workers Compensation Claims
      - Knowledge of Independent Medical Exam (IME) sales is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      - Excellent communication skills, both internal and external

      - Experience in business development and sales planning
      - Strong follow-up and prospecting skills
      - Motivation for sales and ability to meet sales goals
      - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients
      - Prior experience in a high-performance sales environment
