What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and building relationships with clients
- Recommend new products and services based on client needs and current product performance
- Increase referral volume and revenue by engaging with potential accounts and addressing objections
- Document sales activities and results in the internal CRM platform
- Participate in industry conferences and seminars to enhance job knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree (BA/BS)
- Experience in Auto or Workers Compensation Claims
- Knowledge of Independent Medical Exam (IME) sales is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external
