      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments and building relationships with clients
      - Recommend new products and services based on account evaluations
      - Increase referral volume and revenue through rapport-building with potential accounts
      - Document sales and account activities in the internal CRM platform
      - Stay updated on industry trends by participating in conferences and seminars

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year college degree (BA/BS)
      - Experience in Auto or Workers Compensation Claims
      - Experience in Independent Medical Exam (IME) sales is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      - Excellent communication skills, both internal and external

      - Strong prospecting and follow-up skills
      - Proven ability to meet sales goals and close deals
      - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients
