What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the full sales cycle, including market analysis, pipeline management, go-to-market strategy, and sales campaign management
- Drive streamlined CRM sales tracking processes and ensure effective communication of key updates to stakeholders
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to equip teams with necessary tools and resources
- Create and manage sales enablement content, ensuring alignment with messaging and strategy
- Analyze key sales performance metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years as a Business Analyst OR High School/GED and at least 5 years as a Business Analyst
- Experience in a healthcare company with a strong understanding of industry dynamics, sales cycles, and market trends
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess sales performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective decision-making
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Consulting experience
- MBA
- Experience working with Salesforce and/or Seismic
